Standardmäßig bieten wir bei den Abkantpressen unser patentiertes eigenes Sicherheitssystem tfs an. Bei einer Maschinenlänge von über 3 Meter empfehlen wir ein Sicherheitssystem von der Firma PILZ. Es handelt es sich um das kamerabasierte Schutzsystem PSENvip.

Die Placke TFS Sicherheitslichtschranken für Abkantpressen gibt es in zwei Versionen: mitfahrend oder feststehend.

TFS Sicherheits-Laserlichtschranke „mitfahrend“

  • Nutzung der vollen Eilbewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Biegebalkens bei Fußbetätigung bis auf den minimalen Abstand zum Werkstück (ca. 4 mm)
  • Durch mittige Lage der Laser in der Werkzeugachse keine Behinderung beim Halten der Werkstücke oder beim Kastenbiegen
  • Optimaler Fingerschutz durch patentierte Doppelabfrage der Laser
  • Gleichwertige vordere und hintere Absicherung am Werkzeug
  • Schwimmend gelagerte Höheneinstellung der Oberwerkzeuge
