Bending centre with roboter
The automated bending centre with robots is ideal for bending small and middle sized components.
According to the specification of the customer each robotic cell is custom-tailored.
The fitting Placke press brake is united with the robots - designed to the products of the customer.
As standard the bending centres are equipped with KUKA robots. Optionally other types can be realized.
A big advantage of this kind of automation is, that the customer can choose between the automatic production with robots or manual mode. In this way the productivity of a normal press brake is garantueed when new product families or piece production have to been tested.
The following press brake types can be automated:
HQPB - QPB - EQPB

- connection to the ERP system of the customer
- generation of a barcode out of the ERP-System
- information about material, material thickness, geometry
- automatic scanning of the barcode within the bending centre
- generation of an individual bending program for robots and press brake
- moveable correction system for angles that garantuees high forming accuracy
- hydraulic crowning
- simple Offline-programming at the machine:
- robots with Kuka Sim Software
- press brake with Delem profile - thus: minimization of downtimes
